Automated Trading (Instant)

EAs and automation are judged by integrity and risk behavior — latency abuse and feed exploitation are not allowed. Instant conduct binds robots from day one.

FXVoro’s stance

Automation is a tool, not a free pass. On Instant, Expert Advisors and semi-automated workflows are acceptable only when they take genuine market risk, respect all Instant limits and live conduct rules (including the 3-minute minimum hold and pair layering), and do not exploit simulation mechanics.

  • Allowed in principle: systematic strategies that obey hold time, layering, 4% / 8% risk limits, and weekend policy.
  • Not allowed: latency arbitrage, tick scalping that depends on feed imperfections, quote stuffing / toxic patterns, or any design whose edge is the simulator rather than the market.
  • You remain responsible for every EA trade as if you clicked it yourself.
Conduct rules still bind robots

An EA that closes at 90 seconds still breaches the 3-minute rule. Automation does not create exemptions — and Instant has no evaluation phase where short holds are ignored.

Integrity review

Because Instant skips evaluation, automated Instant accounts may receive closer integrity scrutiny. Suspicious fill patterns, impossible reaction times relative to the feed, or repeated micro-hold behavior can lead to breach, voided rewards, or account closure.

Build for clean compliance

Configure minimum hold, max positions per pair, and weekend flatten logic before you go live. Fixing an EA after a breach does not reverse a hard fail.
