Overview & Commitment
What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy describes how FXVoro ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.fxvoro.com, create an account, buy an evaluation, use the dashboard, complete KYC, request a payout, or interact with our emails and ads (together, the "Services").
Link to Other Policies
Read this Policy with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. Using FXVoro means you understand these practices. If you disagree, stop using the Services and contact support@fxvoro.com about deletion or access requests.
Our Stance
FXVoro does not sell your personal information to data brokers. We collect what we need to run a secure simulated trading evaluation platform, process payments, verify identity before payouts, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Information We Collect
Account Data
When you register or manage a profile we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country or region, password (stored hashed), referral codes, preference settings, and support correspondence.
KYC Documents
Before payouts we may collect government-issued identification, proof of address, facial or liveness checks where used, and related compliance notes. These records are used for identity verification, AML screening, and payout eligibility — not for unrelated marketing.
Payments
When you purchase, we and our processors may handle billing name, partial card details, Stripe customer or payment identifiers, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, transaction hashes, amounts, currency, and order metadata. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe (or another card processor we enable), not stored by FXVoro in plaintext. Crypto payments may go through NowPayments or similar gateways.
Trading and Portal Activity
We retain simulated trading history, balances, equity and drawdown metrics, rule-compliance logs, login timestamps, challenge status, credential delivery records, add-on selections, and payout request history linked to your account.
Technical and Device Data
We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, session length, and diagnostic logs. This supports security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
How We Use Your Data
Operating the Services
We use personal data to open and manage accounts, fulfill orders, issue credentials, monitor evaluation rules, calculate progression and reward eligibility, process discretionary performance rewards, and answer support tickets.
Compliance and Integrity
We process data for KYC/AML, duplicate-account detection, prohibited-strategy investigation, chargeback defense, Terms enforcement, and responses to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.
Product and Security Improvement
Aggregated or de-identified usage data helps us refine checkout, dashboard UX, and infrastructure reliability. We do not publish individual trading results for marketing without your clear consent.
Communications
We send transactional messages such as order confirmations, credentials, security alerts, KYC status, and payout updates. Where permitted, we may send product news or offers; you can opt out of marketing without losing essential service email.
Advertising Measurement
With appropriate consent or lawful basis where required, we may use Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) events — such as page views, registrations, and purchases — to measure campaigns, reduce fraud, and improve ad relevance. Event payloads are minimized where practical.
Security & Retention
Safeguards
We apply industry-standard controls including TLS in transit, access restriction, secure authentication, hashed passwords, and monitored hosting. No system is perfectly secure. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, audit, dispute, and legal duties. KYC files and payment records may be kept longer where AML or bookkeeping rules require. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data using secure methods.
Breach Notice
If a breach creates a meaningful risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and, where required, regulators without undue delay, and describe steps taken to mitigate harm.
International Transfers
Cross-Border Processing
FXVoro serves users worldwide. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. Those laws may differ from the laws where you live.
Transfer Safeguards
Where required, we use appropriate transfer tools such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and we expect processors to maintain comparable security regardless of location.
Your Privacy Rights
Access and Correction
Email support@fxvoro.com from your registered address to request access to or correction of personal data we hold. We may verify identity before acting.
Deletion and Restriction
Where applicable law allows, you may ask us to delete or restrict processing. Deletion may require closing your account and ending active evaluations. We may retain records we must keep by law.
EEA and UK (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK you may have rights to portability, objection to certain processing, and complaint to a supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within statutory timelines.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by statute. FXVoro does not sell personal information. Submit requests to support@fxvoro.com.
